About Us

Artist, Florist, Photographer

Hi!

My name is Savanna, but you can call me Sav :) I am the human behind Junegrass, a multifaceted brand to provide creative services in a more efficient and thoughtful way. Creating a creative space for all things floral design and photography.

A little about me:

I spent a lot of my youth outside and took an extreme interest in plant life/nature from a very young age. I played in trees, laid in the grass and explored through my father’s garden. I always knew I wanted a career I was passionate about and I originally went to school for art, then photography.

I found floral design my senior year of college when I was in search for an internship - I had a sweet friend recommend a floral shop to me and I took the position. I mostly watched/learned from the designers, cleaned buckets and filled very small floral orders. It sparked such a joy in me to be around flowers like that every day and I knew that there was no turning back from being a florist. Four years and multiple designer positions later, I started Junegrass, a brand of my own.

I live for creating beauty in all aspects of my life and I am constantly searching for my next art project. Currently, I am working on a series of still life photographs with floral/natural elements as a way to combine my passions and to challenge the way I would normally photograph.

About Junegrass:

Junegrass is a space where new and innovative ideas within floral design combine with my love of visual arts. Creative, open and inclusive to all. Offering unique wedding florals to couples, floral styling for artists and capturing life’s moments through photography.

We believe in sustainable floral practices, buying and sourcing local whenever possible.

Junegrass is located in Denver, Colorado but open to travel wherever the creativity blooms.

We can’t wait to work with you!
